Also known as Shui Xian or Water Fairy, this classic Chinese oolong from the Wuyi Mountains offers an oaky, aged whisky barrel tone and river stone minerality complete with Wuyi's signature "yan yun" a rocky sweetness that lingers in aftertaste.

While many high quality oolongs can be rather expensive, this particular medium roasted batch was purposely curated as a happy gateway between accessibility and Wuyi oolongs treasured flavor. We hope you enjoy this taste of a famous locale's "rock teas" without breaking the bank!

We recommend brewing this crop Western Style at 180*F (lighter than most Wuyi roasted oolongs), steeping 2g of tea per 3oz for only 1 minute. Make sure to resteep and enjoy more tea!
