A calm yet spunky tisane inspired by Portland's herbal tea-loving cafes. Led by the tartsweet, berry-like tones of hibiscus, balanced with sweet California botanicals from rosehips to orange, and finished with the cooling touch of Thai lemongrass and Oregon's own peppermint.

For general use, we recommend 1 Tbsp per 8oz of hot boiling water, resteeped 2-3 times for 2 minutes. Longer steeps will yield a stronger, punchier liquor good for iced tea or friends who love a soursweet profile.
