Taiwan's tropical take on the classic Chinese jasmine green. Gently roasted, island oolong leaves meet the natural passionfruit sweetness of whole-blossom osmanthus. The result is a forest green cup with heavy floral undertones juxtaposed by a background of muscat & honey.

For Western style brewing, use only 6g grams of tea for 12oz of 185-190*F water. The tea's flavor should develop within 3 minutes. As a leaf-heavy blend, this brew is packed with enough flavor to rebrew.

For Gong Fu style tea, 4-6g of tea should be plenty for a gaiwan session. Our Light Osmanthus Oolong offers layers familiar to Taiwanese tea fans like Baihao or Si Ji Chun, but with tropical new tones awaiting any patron of floral infusions.
