Our café neighbors' favorite blend! This all-natural infusion combines Chinese black tea, juicy lychee, fragrant rose, and a touch of dried longan fruit for a deeply aromatic yet softly sweet sip of tropical fruit. Wonderfully colorful, and great for entertaining friends to something a little different.

We recommend brewing 8 grams of this black tea with 12oz of hot boiling water for only 4 minutes. When ready & sweet, the liquor will be opaque and light ruby-red. For the second infusion, insure to steep for longer. Feel free to stir the infusion to speed up the brew, and/or to ensure the botanicals are properly soaking during the initial steep.
