Lady Lav is our sunny, floral twist on the world-famous English Earl Grey & answer to your weekend Afternoon Tea Party needs. This specialty comes flourishing with French lavender, and a citrusy bouquet of bergamot, oranges, and calendula, all united with a citrusy duo of Chinese black teas.

This Decaf brews an approachable, clean & floral-sweet cup that pairs perfect with buttery sweets. Try snacking with shortbread, chiffon cake, or your favorite macarons. Whatever the occasion, Lady Lav brews a tiny flower shop right inside your teacup.

For Western style brewing, fully immerse 8 grams of tea in 12oz of hot boiling water - the infusion's flavor & fragrance should fully develop within 3-5 minutes depending on your preference. We find that as an aromatic-forward brew, steeps of 3-4 minutes may be better for enjoying multiple, light cups over a relaxing brunch, while 4-5 minutes are preferred for milk pairing.
