Our answer to your weekend Afternoon Tea Party needs. Lady Grey is our sunny, floral twist on the world-famous English Earl Grey. This particular blend trades a touch of the traditional tea strength & caffeine for a citrusy bouquet of oranges, bergamot, calendula, & French lavender flowers.

Steeps a very approachable, clean and fragrance-forward cup lacking in bitterness. A perfect pair with shortbread, dark chocolate, biscuits and other buttery sweets, Lady Grey brews a tiny flower shop right inside your teacup.

For Western style brewing, fully immerse 8 grams of tea in 12oz of hot boiling water - the infusion's flavor & fragrance should fully develop within 3-5 minutes depending on your preference. We find that as an aromatic-forward brew, steeps of 3-4 minutes may be better for enjoying multiple, light cups over a relaxing brunch.
