Hibiscus Obscura is a caffeinated blend made for friends who prefer a more sour palette. Containing black tea, bright rosehips balanced by sweet rose petals, a shimmer of golden calendula, and its namesake hibiscus, this infusion is unique in being adjustably sour-sweet.

For a balanced, modestly juicy & berry liquor, brew 8g for just 3 minutes with 12oz of boiling hot water till clear ruby red as in the adjacent photo. For a punchier, hibiscus-forward brew, wait till the liquor strays a little more maroon ~4 minutes. Just be aware this tea's tartness grows quickly over time!

As a voluminous infusion, we recommend stirring the leaves upon first steep just to ensure they're soaked & brewing.
