Golden Lily Oolong (金萱)

Smooth & creamy like coconut milk, this light roasted oolong is a traditional Taiwanese classic. While nicknamed "milk oolong" for its signature texture, Golden Lily's taste is surprisingly gentle like frangipani flowers, with the sweet fragrance to match.

For Western style brewing, try using 8g for 12oz of ~190*F water. The tea's delicate floral profile and milky texture should fully develop within 3-4 minutes.

For Gong Fu style tea, your usual 5-8g of tea should be perfect for a gaiwan session. The first steep may be clean and floral, but the 2nd-6th brew should be wonderfully supple and flavorful before the tea's sweetness fades.
