Steeps a bright & vivid spring green liquor, and pairs wonderfully with most any Japanese dinner cuisine, Cantonese chow fun, Levantine falafel, or other umami-forward dishes with lower acidity.

For Western style brewing, fully immerse 8 grams of tea in 12oz of 190*F water - a little stronger in temperature than usual Japanese green tea in order to brew the gingers' flavor and phytonutrients. The infusion should fully develop in strength within 3-5 minutes depending on your preference, with longer steeps accentuating ginger & toasty puffed rice, and shorter steeps emphasizing the mellow green tea base.
