With a mellow sweetness and rainforest-like complexity, this affordable and easy-to-brew oolong is a great introduction to the fun of Taiwanese oolongs. We find a fragrance like fresh rain, and a medley of flavors ranging from floral, to honeysuckle and hints of musky honeydew.
For Western style brewing, we recommend using 8g of tea per 12oz of ~190*F water. The tea's flavor should fully develop in 4 minutes. As a loose leaf tea, the leaves are packed with enough flavor to continue steeping beyond 4 minutes, or rebrew another cup if separated!
