Featuring...

Aged Mandarin Peel Aged White Tea (Orange)

Naturally sweet, and aged to subtle perfection - this coin shows off a popular flavor from TCM herbal concoctions - Chén Pí 陈皮!

Sun-dried, aged mandarin peel is prized for aiding sore throats and digestion - but also in Cantonese soups simply for its aroma, complexity & uniquely elegant sugar built by time - all balanced with the similarly aged, mellowing earthen tones of low-caffeine white tea.

Together, they offer a easy to digest, easy drinking token of citrusy sugar you can enjoy without the guilt. A quaint evening treat, that doubles as a mild digestive & bloating aid!

Big Red Robe Dark Oolong (Red)

AKA Da Hong Pao, the soothingly smoky poster-child of Wuyi - the "King of Rock Teas". Born in mineral rich, rocky cliffsides, and fabled to have cured the grave illness of a Ming Emperor's mother, it's famous for representing the depth of dark roasted & high oxidation oolongs. Yields an earthen brew with a lasting minerality - satisfyingly full-bodied and hearty.

Iron Goddess [Modern] Light Oolong (Green)

Anxi's signature all-rounder oolong. Large, verdant tea leaves packed with rainforest aromas & understated soft sugar like steamed Chinese veggies.

While delicate and boasting high anti-inflammatory health benefits like green tea, this slight dip into oolong territory showcases the funkier flavors & more metabolically beneficial boons of oxidized teas just beyond green teas' border.

While oldschool Iron Goddess features a darker roast & deep oxidation like Red Robe, this modern "Clear Fragrance" style takes after Taiwan's knack for aromatic light brews, preserving more of this Chinese cultivar's leaves' original aromas and wild nuance - now the most popular expression of Chinese oolong style worldwide.

Lemon Peel Duckshit Fragrance Phoenix Dancong (Yellow)

Funny enough...yes. This is the actual traditional name! But no, fortunately there are no actual ducks or duckshit involved - besides a very silly name meant to deter would-be tea thieves centuries ago 🦆🌱

No tour of oolongs would be complete without the Phoenix Mountains most infamous cup. A great representation of this tea region's more floral & honey-like heirloom oolongs, Duckshit Dancong or "single-bush" tea is often paired with local citrus peel for a classic honey-lemon sweetness with no sugar. Perfect for a summer's day :)

Highlighting the happy middleground of oolong roast & oxidation, we hope you enjoy this last entry to round out your tea flight~
