Featuring...
Big Red Robe Oolong (Red) | 208*F | 3 minutes | 12oz
AKA Da Hong Pao, the soothingly smoky poster-child of Wuyi - the "King of Rock Teas". Born in mineral rich, rocky cliffsides, and fabled to have cured the grave illness of a Ming Emperor's mother. Yields a deep earthen brew with a long aftertaste.
Iron Goddess of Mercy (Dark Green) | 190-200 °F | 2.5-3.5 minutes | 12oz
A floral-accented iteration of Anxi's famed, light roasted oolong. Named after the kind Buddhist Bodhisattva, and a legend of her uplifting a poor farmer & his village. Drifts between misty orchid, gardenia, and jungle rain for a cup of heavenly florals. Can flex between 2-4 minutes if you prefer subtle or stronger brews!
Ya Shi Xiang AKA "Duckshit Fragrance" Oolong (Blue) | 200-212*F | 3 minutes | 12oz
A famously floral, honey-like Phoenix Mountain oolong - with an equally infamous pseudonym meant to deter thieves from stealing this rare tea! Grown from a single-bush varietal - perfect for explorers of rare or eclectic brews
Osmanthus Flower Oolong (Light Green) 185-190*F | 3 minutes | 12oz
Golden, peachy subtropical Chinese flowers meet delicate & floral oolong tea. This duet yields a wonderfully gentle, light golden liquor for a calm afternoon. Like jasmine green or black tea & lemon, tea it's a beautiful example of how well some simple botanicals can harmonize with pure, traditional leaves.
