Gingko Blossom is a novel blend based on green gingko leaves, guided by Japanese Spring harvest green tea. Brightened with golden sparks of Chinese osmanthus, the pink blush of California rose petals, and a subtle final splash of juicy mandarin citrus.

This blend is our modern spin on Earth's oldest living tree species, Gingko Biloba. Treasured in olden times for boosting memory & cognition - and a plant we first learned about from a children's fairytale - we found it a fun ode to Green Apple's savvy & diverse Sunset District readership.

Together with SF-inspired botanicals - this brew drinks like a floral, delicate green tea with a yuzu-like lift. Crispy & citrus at first sip, then with a more invigorating verdant finish.
