Starred in our recent Afternoon Tea with Little Moon Bakehouse, Red Robe is a famous, dark & traditionally charcoal roasted tea from China's famed Wuyi Mountains. Born in mineral-rich soil, and harvested from heritage tea cultivars - this "King of Rock Teas" embodies a hearty taste & earthen full-body emulative of its rocky cliffside terroir.

Each cake is carefully pressed and wrapped for you into stylish, travel-sized coins you can take on-the-go! Once a imperial delicacy reserved for nobility - now available from the comfort of your own office or travel backpack 🎒🍵 

For this batch, we recommend steeping 1 cake (~5g) in 12oz of water for only 190-195°F for 2.5 to 3 minutes. This little coin is surprisingly strong, and doesn't need a full 4-5 minutes like black tea!
